When we found out that our breastfed son had dairy and soy intolerances, at just 3 months old, it was quiet a shock! After doing an elimination diet, he was so much happier and healthier and I knew we were on the right track. I had no experience with specialty diets or alternative ingredients but I’ve always had a love of baking – even teaching cake decorating courses in college. After looking at many local craft shows and farmer’s markets it was clear that there was a great need for allergy-friendly baked goods in this area! All our recipes are as allergy-friendly as possible! Everything is gluten, soy, egg and dairy free! We can customize to be potato free, rice free, coconut free, cinnamon free, – whatever the need is, just ask!! All our items are homemade, from scratch! We use as much locally grown produce and locally made products as possible. I’m always willing to try new items and recipes, just let me know!!
